I was late.
As a photographer and videographer, I mean. xD.
Roseline was there by 6:30 am while I arrived 15 mins later. I missed the opening address by District Superintendent Rev. Liik Tung Yeu of the Miri Methodist Churches.
What surprised me was there were so many participants including first-timers.
I applaud the instructors for doing a good job and their effort in bringing the exercise regime from the compounds of Methodist churches to a public park to benefit the general public.
To maximize their efforts, perhaps the Praise Dance committee might even want to consider having the exercise instructions in English and Bahasa Malaysia to encourage the participation of non-Mandarin speaking participants?
There are so many people out there are health conscious and they love to exercise.
You can view the video clip I took this morning here.
Free of charge, the Praise dance at Bulatan Park is on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Time - 6.30am to 7.30am. All are welcome!
Two kinds of repentance?

the gospel even though there is truth in these unfortunate choice of words.
Burn...
