Some updates.
My cell group leader and fellow 40DOP committee member William Ting came over to my home this morning to discuss some plans and strategies. William is heading the Small Groups Purpose Driven Life (PDL) study, which is the centrepiece of the whole campaign.
Needless to say, we are excited! The campaign will not only pull all our church members in one direction but also gives us an opportunity to reach out to many who are looking for the answer to the very fundamental question 'What on earth am I here for?'
I'm heading the Special Events job. It consists of organizing 4 events; the National Simulcast, the Ministry Fair, the Missions Fair and the grand finale - Celebration Sunday. Aarh... yes, it's a tall order! Blessed me to have capable people who are highly dynamic and professional to help; many thanks to our Sub-Committee members Wendy, Yieng Eng, Grace, Angeline, Glynis and Sherene.
